You need someone who knows the local area inside and out. Based on the criteria you specify, I can work with you to find the right home at the right price, with all the neighborhood amenities that matter most to you.
- NEGOTIATE THE BEST DEAL
When we have found the house you want, I can help negotiate a fair offer based on sales of recent homes in the neighborhood. I will help arrange financing, put you in touch with reputable inspectors and contractors if needed, oversee inspections, and guide you through all the paperwork involved in a purchase offer.
